Problem
The missed call
- A business loses the job when nobody picks up.
- Human answering desks are uneven night to night.
- A generic phone bot sounds like a bot.
- Cawly answers in the business’s name.
Today
What is live
- Phone first: qualify, book, transfer, and summarize.
- Web chat, email, and SMS on published higher plans.
- Speech, reasoning, and voice on Cawly’s GPU infrastructure.

Model
Vertical companies
- Same platform. A different brand, site, and sales motion per trade.
- PlumberCawly is the first vertical company.
- The tower is the picture of thirty.

Phase 1
Valley studio
A small office in the San Fernando Valley: sales, marketing, media, and IT together, with servers and GPUs in the room. Run Cawly and PlumberCawly from a space we control and launch the next two or three vertical companies with the same playbook.
Phase 2
A company per trade
Still not a tower. The Valley office becomes the factory: each new vertical gets its own brand site, dashboard pack, knowledge, and outbound motion. Grow toward thirty with people who know each trade.
Phase 3
Offices with compute
Regional offices, each with a mini server farm so voice and GPU work sit near the team. Everyday traffic uses normal connectivity. Pilot an in-house radio link between two sites so offices are not tied only to a carrier.
Phase 4
Tower and network
The $500,000,000 plan: the tower with thirty vertical companies and infrastructure headquarters on the ground floor, distributed offices with their own compute, and an atmospheric radio network tying those locations together.
